It also has a beautiful view of Hudson River as well as Broadway/Central Park. The Residence Life Office is located on the 11th floor of the residence hall. Residence Life is responsible for staffing, programming, building maintenance, housekeeping services, and addressing disciplinary matters for students living in the residence hall, making for a safe environment in the building.
Upperclass or new graduate and transfer students can opt to live off campus. Though, finding an apartment in New York Cityis quite challenging. Bearing that in mind, Student Affairs provides the resources and materials to help students understand the complexities of the rental process.

Events and College Fairs
Over the years, The Juilliard School has become the host of many New York art events. It also hosts Spotlights, where hopeful future students can fully experience the wonder of Juilliard. Spotlights serve to give a more complete picture of the Juilliard experience. Spotlights give possible students an opportunity to ask questions of administrators, faculty, and current students, tour the Juilliard building, and attend a performance or rehearsal. There is also a yearly College Fair, showcasing all that has been accomplished by the students that year. Dates and further information are to be announced.

Extracurricular Activities
On Juilliard campus, there are many student run organizations and clubs, such as ARTreach and Global Awareness News Group. The Office of Student of Affairs also plans social, educational, and cultural events throughout the academic year that create opportunities for students to meet, socialize, and learn. Students also have the opportunity to hold student leadership positions.
